I was wondering how long it would be before trolls invaded Substack. Now I know. They're here, full of assertions without the ability to reason. Thanks for the alert, Diane. I guess we can limit the drive-by trolling by limiting comments to subscribers. Did this troll subscribe to your Substack?

No he piggy-backed on someone else’s comment. That’s a technique to watch for. I am very alert to protect subscribers, Jim.

So pleased you’re monitoring so closely. I’ve come across a few persistent trouble makers in other, at least two, high profile Stackers. Makes me so angry to see my sacred spaces invaded, I’m like a dog with a bone going through and reporting. Thus far, Substack has taken care of the trolls.

Yes I have started to notice infiltration by people one would not regard as open minded (to be gently euphemistic). Fortunately so far the huge majority of Heather and Joyce's followers are kindred spirits. Long may it remain that way.

Yes, kindred spirits indeed! May it long remain that way, agreed, Richard!
